“…entirely outshone by performances such as Anna Walden’s Ophelia. Walden being the only actor to engage fully with the audience in this intimate space, as she sections the house and invites each audience member to share her pain and suffering. Her vocal qualities match the physical action resulting in an emotionally powerful performance and making a strong impact on the audience. Furthermore, Walden is one of the few performers actively listening, allowing her to respond in the moment.”

— Sebastian Calver, Theatre Weekly

“…an inspired, humanist approach to Shakespeare’s timeless tale…using [her] full self to communicate the text…[she] steps up to the challenge, with lovely natural chemistry…skillfully alive with the verse, bravely allowing [herself] to be vulnerable. Anna Takayo’s Juliet is playful, innocent yet knowing, with bright eyes and a sweet voice that grows ever stronger. She has a long stretch carrying the show…for anyone seeking levity, brevity, and genuine love, it’s easy to fall deeply in love…”

— Daniella Ignacio, DC Theater Arts (DCTA Best of Fringe)

“… Anna Walden as Agrippa features brilliantly within this production of many, with a performance fully embracing the text and the direction of the production.”

— Ryan Van Champion, A Younger Theatre

“There were some welcome moments of clarity provided by some of the actors in smaller roles – credit here to Anna Walden (Agrippa)”
